Q. Can I contact you for updates?

A. Our reception is usually only staffed during our advertised opening hours - the rest of the time we are busy caring for your pets and ensuring they have the best stay possible - we operate a WhatsApp community where we post photos of pets staying with us and this is a handy way of seeing how your pet is getting on. We find this is the best way of keeping you up-to-date, however if you are particularly anxious please drop us an email. Rest assured, if there are any issues we will contact you.

Q. My friend’s dog is staying at the same time as mine, can they be walked together?

A. Yes this is possible, depending on the permissions given by both owners on the Client Consent Form. We reserve the right to walk any dogs independently if our judgment is that it would be best for the dogs.

Q. What happens if my pet falls ill during their stay?

A. We will contact you as soon as possible, and if we're unable to reach you we will attempt to call your emergency contacts. We also have an account with a local vet so we are able to get medical assistance promptly when needed, even if we have been unable to contact you.

Q. Why do you require an emergency contact?

A. In the event of any issues or medical emergencies, we need to be able to contact you or a nominated person to update you and seek any instruction. In the event of being unable to contact anyone, we reserve the right to seek medical assistance as we deem appropriate and any associated costs will be added to your bill. Your pets health is our number one priority.
